3rd Gear Image & Talent Consulting is a sub-division of the House of L, L.L.C. Unofficially, the company has been operating for the past 5 years building off of Sir. Christopher L. Medley’s innate desire to help others achieve their goals. Services rendered are both paid and in-kind services. Assistance with non-profit organization’s productions is the hallmark of this company’s foundation. Therefore, a limited number of in-kind projects are received for consideration each year. The need to take this side adventure full time was imperative to provide a higher level of services to all constituents. Thus, 3rd Gear Image and Talent Consulting also known simply as 3rd Gear was established.

Personal consultation is provided to individuals and organizations to increase levels of satisfaction, visibility and marketability in their selective mediums. There is a selection committee that chooses the quantity of clients to ensure that that all clients are given the appropriate level of service they deserve. During this selection process quality is also a major contributing factor to the final selection of those who will be managed, collaborated and/or provided consultation.

Consultation contributes approximately three-fourths of the business operations of 3rd Gear Image & Talent Consulting while the remaining twenty-five percent will consist of entities that are managed or brought in through collaboration with other companies. A broad range of services are provided through the firm including clothing, public speaking, modeling, talent coaching and traditional/non-traditional marketing strategies.
