The Red Ball is the culminating social event to the HIV/AIDS educational symposium to address the effects of this disease on the citizens within the Commonwealth of Virginia. Proceeds from the event are placed back into the community to further the advocacy of the issues and individuals who are effected and affected.

HIV/AIDS know no gender, race, age, sexual orientation, economic class or religious denomination. However, statistics does show that certain subgroups of society are effected in larger numbers. These numbers must not be ignored. It is the objective of this project to give those voices a platform to appeal to those who can help make a difference.

If you have a passion to help others help themselves, you can be a change mechanism in this cause. Corporation, churches, civic groups, families and individuals all have their place in fighting this epidemic. Find your red ribbon today and speak out for change in the HIV/AIDS community.
